If you have questions about what email a participant received, or what time they were supposed to show up, you can check the feed for a record of every email that ethnio has sent. This is mainly handy if questions come up. The main types of emails are invites, cancellations, and reminders. But it also tracks any time someone clicks "Confirm My Interview"
