When Ethnio invites your participants, we generate a calendar invitation for any calendar system (Outlook, gCal, iCal) and you can modify the subject of that calendar event title from Scheduling >> Emails >> Details. Scroll down to this box:
What Do Participants See Exactly in the Calendar Invite?
It's all in The Details Email
The content of the details email will display inside any downloaded ICS calendar invite—and can be edited from Scheduling >> Emails >> Details. That's what shows up in the description section (see screenshot below) and this will be reflected in what the participant sees in their ICS invite.
Please note: if you disable calendar invites, make sure to disable confirm page downloads
You can switch the Details email to "Never", so participants do not receive the second email on confirming their scheduled time slot. Keep in mind, if you set to "never," please make sure to also set Scheduling >> Landing Pages >> Confirm to not allow downloading. Ethnio does not send separate calendar ICS files automatically, but they can be downloaded by participants when they confirm their study time. This means participants can still see important information about the study taking place.
